Back in January, Ridge Creative partnered with the Wraysbury Players to deliver full creative and technical support for their annual pantomime, Alice in Wonderland.

Our involvement spanned the entire production lifecycle, from initial promotion and content creation through to the final shows.

Media & Marketing
We began by organising and delivering a dedicated media day, bringing the full cast into a studio. This allowed us to capture a cohesive set of promotional assets, including:
- Over 25 headshots, both in costume and out.
- A series of green screen character portraits, later developed into branded social graphics.
- Filming and editing of 15+ short-form promotional reels tailored for social media platforms.

These assets formed the backbone of a targeted social media campaign, which we managed alongside ticketing. This integrated approach contributed directly to the production becoming the most sold-out pantomime in Wraysbury Players’ history.

Production & Technical Delivery
On the technical side, Ridge Creative provided end-to-end technical production support. This included:
- Full lighting design, tailored to the staging, set and tone of each scene
- Provision of key lighting and audio equipment
- Sourcing and preparation of all sound effects
- Programming and cueing of both lighting and audio systems into one cuelist for seamless and well timed show operation.
During show week, we ran tech for the show, mixing front-of-house sound, running lighting cues and calling the show to ensure consistent timing and smooth execution with the backstage crew.

Outcome
The result was a technically polished, visually engaging production supported by a strong and effective marketing campaign. The combination of high-quality promotional content and reliable live production delivery helped maximise audience engagement and contributed to a record-breaking ticket response.
